This diet is designed to treat a variety of symptoms such as fatigue, mood disturbances, digestive issues, and achey joints by eliminating the most inflammatory foods in the Standard American Diet. It’s a 3 week program, equipped with meals plans and recipes, to help reset the body and allow it to heal. After 3 weeks, there is a reintroduction period that is designed to help you learn how your body reacts to certain types of foods, and which ones you should keep out for good. The reintroduction period is the most important part of the diet.
