Visit Fees/Insurance Coverage
VitaNovu is a self-pay facility. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. We do not participate with any insurance plans. Our services may be covered by your insurances as “out of network” care, however we strongly encourage you to check with your insurance company for details of your out of network coverage. Many of our patients do have some out of network benefits that allows for reimbursement of their office visits.
As a courtesy, we will give you a receipt that provides visit and diagnosis codes that may be helpful in allowing you to submit for reimbursement on any of our medically related services, including some of the lab testing. However, you are ultimately responsible for submitting the appropriate documentation that your insurance company requires for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine what their individual requirements are. Submission of a claim for reimbursement does not guarantee payment and is subject to specific health plan benefits. Each health plan is different.
VitaNovu accepts all Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s). However, it is up to you to check with your plan administrator as to whether or not your HSA or FSA plan can be used for our services or products. We also offer patient financing through Care Credit and accepts existing Care Credit customers.
VitaNovu does not accept Medicare or Medicaid related insurances and theses patients will NOT be able to submit an insurance claim for reimbursement for medical office visits.
If you do not have insurance, or you have a large deductible, we can work with you to determine the most cost effective strategy for testing and treatment.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
